Ordering
You can place your order with us any time of day 365 days per year via our website, any time, day or night.
You can also place your order via email by contacting us via Contact Us.
Or you can call us on 07712 049 353 to place your order.
We accept PayPal payments as well as most major debit and credit cards. At this time, we are unable to accept any payments by cheque, postal order, banker’s draft or other third party payment providers including Western Union and Money Gram.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order and payment has been received we will despatch your Tangles usually the same day if your order is received before 3p.m. or the following day Monday to Friday. For order placed on weekends of bank holidays, your order will be sent to you on the next working day.
For most orders we will use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post. For larger orders we will sometimes use Parcel Force. We are able to offer guaranteed next day services and special services where you need your item in hurry or a particular time. Please contact us for a quote if you require a service outside of our normal postal methods Contact Us.
All of our retail Tangles are held in Stock in the UK so you will receive your order delivered direct from The Fidget Shop.
We also provide you with FREE postal insurance up to £46.00 on all purchases that we send to you.
When your order is sent to you, you will receive an email from us confirming your delivery is on its way. Please refer to this email for delivery information and when you can expect to receive your parcel
When will my order arrive?
UK Mainland Orders
Depending on which service you choose your delivery will be sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post. For orders place on weekends or bank holidays, your order will be sent out on the next working day.
The usual delivery times for these services are:-
- Royal Mail 1st Class - 1 to 2 working days from us despatching your delivery.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class – 3 to 5 working days from us despatching your delivery.
UK Non Mainland and Northern Ireland

We always ensure very high standards in providing you with the exact product you have order. If however you do have any problems with your order for example:-
- Items (s) missing from your order
- Wrong item received
- Faulty item received
- Damaged item received
Please Contact Us straight away so we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your Tangle and you change your mind when you receive your purchase, we offer a 14 day cooling off period. We will accept returned products with the following conditions:
- You contact us within 14 working days starting with the day after the delivery date.
- You take all care to return your product in appropriate protective packaging.
- You Contact Us prior to returning your item.
If returning a product, please ensure the item is in its original product packaging and the item is packed so no damage is caused during transit. Please also include a copy of the original invoice / receipt to enable us to identify your product. If this is not available please include your name, address, email, phone number and order number.
When you return a full order you will be refunded the price of the item paid at the time of purchase, and the delivery charge (if returned 14 days from the purchase date of your order) When you return less than the full order you will be refunded only the price of the items returned. Replacement items will be sent out on our receipt of the returned item.
